Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlautoPsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

FlautoPsy is a drift detection and monitoring service for AI workflows. We provide:

  • Webhook endpoint to receive workflow traces
  • Baseline learning from initial traces
  • Real-time drift detection across 5 detector types
  • Dashboard for viewing workflows, traces, and alerts
  • REST API for programmatic access
  • Optional Slack integration for notifications

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlautoPsy. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter this agreement and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete account information
  • Maintaining confidentiality of your password and API keys
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlautoPsy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our drift detection algorithms
  • Send malicious payloads, malware, or spam through the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FlautoPsy systems or other users' data
  • Exceed rate limits or intentionally disrupt the service
  • Resell FlautoPsy or permit third parties to use your account without our consent
  • Use the service to train competing drift detection models
  • Interfere with or circumvent security features

6. Subscription & Billing

Free Tier: Available while in beta. We reserve the right to end the free tier with 30 days' notice.

Paid Plans:

  • Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Auto-renewal on each billing date
  • You may cancel anytime in Settings → Billing
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

Pricing is displayed before purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: FlautoPsy, our algorithms, documentation, and all service components are owned by Stralocroft Technologies and protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to the traces, workflows, and prompts you send to us. You grant us a license to store, process, and display this data as needed to provide the service.

8. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use FlautoPsy solely for your internal drift detection purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stralocroft Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of FlautoPsy
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Data or content you submit to FlautoPsy

We will provide notice and an opportunity to defend any such claim.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Stralocroft is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
  • Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater)
  • These limits apply even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlautoPsy is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim:

  • Warranty of merchantability
  • Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranty of non-infringement
  • Warranty of accuracy or reliability of drift detection
  • Any guarantee of uptime or service availability

Drift detection is a best-effort service. We make no guarantee that all drifts will be detected or that alerts will be error-free.

12. Service Level & Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime during business hours. Maintenance windows and force majeure events are excluded. See our Status page for historical uptime.

13. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account anytime via Settings → Workspace → Delete Workspace. This will delete all your data permanently.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Termination for cause (illegal activity, security breach) takes effect immediately.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in [TODO: jurisdiction].

15. Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, you agree to try to resolve disputes with us through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails:

  • Arbitration: You and Stralocroft agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration
  • Exceptions: Small claims court is available at your option for disputes under $5,000
  • Class Action Waiver: You waive your right to class action or representative proceedings

16. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
